For many years, Jenny dreamed of opening her own Vietnamese restaurant so that the people of Norwich could enjoy her cooking. This love of cooking has inspired her to open Vietnam Phở, offering the most authentic Vietnamese cuisine in simple surroundings. Most ingredients are handmade in our kitchen. Not only is the traditional food tasty, it is also exceptionally healthy as it requires delicate preparation and cooking using the freshest ingredients.

Not only does she offer Vietnam’s most famous dish, Phở, but also other traditional dishes such as Bánh Cuốn, Chả Giò, Bún bò Huế and Bún Riêu Cua, alongside a selection of wonderful Thai curries, all prepared in her own unique style. And coming soon, a range of Vietnamese baguettes, freshly made to order!
